Thank you for your comment. Yes, you’re right, it doesn’t solve much for women, in that men are no less responsible for their actions, and women are still left dealing with the fallout.

However, what many people seem to be missing is that this is not a strategy guide for women. This is about dialogue between genders so that ideally we can all get to a better place.

If the goal is to get men to act more ethically, then I believe trying to educate them on how to manage their ego is going to go a lot further than telling them that they are "respecting other men more than a woman’s agency."
